Why the answer may not be simple

Troubadour contains relationship data as well as profile data. Some records may also affect other people, protected relationships, ongoing claims, or moderation/admin review. Because of that, a request may require identity checks or partial responses instead of a simple dump.

The platform may need to avoid disclosing material that would unfairly expose another person’s protected routing, private field notes, business-sensitive workflow details, or active moderation evidence.
