What can be reported

People should be able to report content or behavior that feels unsafe, deceptive, abusive, or clearly out of line with the purpose of the platform. That may include profile claims, messages, threads, field notes, booking conduct, invoice misuse, impersonation, or attempts to bypass protected relationships dishonestly.

How reports may be handled

Troubadour may route reports into moderation/admin review. Depending on the context, that review may involve claims staff, broader platform admins, or narrower workflow-specific controls where the issue is tied to an operational context.

The platform may review trust tiers, relationship context, prior reports, and the kind of surface involved before deciding what to do next.

Possible outcomes

• No action when the report is not supported.
• Warnings, restrictions, or reduced access to messages, threads, field notes, or discovery surfaces.
• Limits on who can contact whom where protected relationships or trust-tier rules were ignored.
• Further claim review, profile suspension, or account suspension where the issue is serious enough.

Good reports are specific

A useful report should explain what happened, where it happened, and why it matters. If the issue involves an artist, act, agent, venue, claimable profile, or managed unclaimed profile, the report should say that clearly.
